J.Y. Manufacturing is a family run sheet metal fabrication shop located in Hillburn, New York. Since operations began in 2004, our growing team of passionate and dedicated professionals have strived for excellence and helped build great working relationships with our client base.
History
J.Y. Manufacturing was established in 2004, in the village of Hillburn, New York located roughly 25 miles from Manhattan in Rockland County. As a brand new company, J.Y. was home to only two employees and a 3,000 square foot warehouse with only a few machines. From humbled beginnings, we have been able to grow and expand in our time.
In June of 2012, J.Y. relocated its warehouse a few hundred feet down the same complex to a 17,000 square foot facility, equipped with space for office administration and ample storage. With only two turret punches and three press brakes, we have slowly been filling out our shop floor with more machinery and assembly resources to help us grow as a business. J.Y. is now currently home to over 20 machines.
Winter of 2023 starts a new chapter for J.Y. Manufacturing. Whilst shop floor operations continue in the same location, J.Y. is occupying a new office space in the same complex for all administrative and assembly purposes. We are eager to begin this new chapter in our companies life and are excited for the future.
