Powder Coating is an efficient way to paint our products various colors and textures through free-flowing dry powders.
Our paint department is well equipped with 2 Gema Optiflex Pro powder coating machines, 3 racks to hang and prep product for paint and a high capacity oven to pre heat and bake product. We take all necessary measures to ensure a perfect paint job every time. We utilize acetone to wipe clean the product as well as plugging and covering any PEMs, tapped holes, or extrusions that don't get a coat of paint. |
